Presentations
If you would like to schedule a weather presentation or seminar for your group on any of our fine programs, please contact Michael Redman. Ideal group sizes are from 25 up, however this is variable. Planning an event where a severe weather information display would be desirable? Contact Michael Redman for more information: "The sky is the limit". Have you been to other severe weather (SKYWARN) classes and found them generic and boring? Even if you have to travel some distance to attend one of our classes, you will find them educational, enlightening, and beneficial. Classes are not limited to locations within St. Louis County - and can be presented anywhere in the region within about 100 miles of St. Louis. For classes more distant, travel and lodging charges will be assessed. As some out-of-towners have told us, "Your classes are great - definitely worth the trip!" You are welcome at these classes regardless of where you work or reside. More than just a spotter class - this is information that could save your life! Our severe weather training is taking the area by storm! We can bring classes to you, working with you on facilities, dates, and times.
In some situations, costs may be incurred for these quality programs. Please contact us for details. Classes for the public may be sponsored, with payment by the sponsor, gratuities, donations, or honorariums. Costs cover preparation/printing of handout materials, postage, time of the presenter, and travel. Most audio-visual services can be provided as part of the program including projectors, computers, sound equipment, etc. Donations are also accepted, however these are not tax-deductible.
